The holder’s unique design guarantees that the rupture disc is always inserted correctly. A full metal clamp ensures the seal is tight. This prevents the rupture disc from being damaged and allows it to be re-used after having been removed, e.g. during an inspection. The IG rupture disc holder features an inclined seat and is designed for forward acting rupture discs. The 30° oblique seating arrangement creates the optimum seal for the rupture disc ensuring leak tight integrity. The holder outlet has a slight radius to which the rupture disc is adapted. This guarantees the perfect fit of the rupture disc and maintains its optimal opening.

    For reverse acting rupture discs KUB® and IKB®
    The IG-KUB® rupture disc holder is designed to provide safe and simple installation of the KUB® or IKB® reverse acting rupture discs. Inherent safety features prevent incorrect installation. The torque independent disc and holder assembly is simply placed within the bolt-hole pitched circle diameter (pcd) of the companion flange. All international flange classes are suitable, such as DIN, ANSI, JIS etc..

    Flat seat holder for forward acting rupture discs BT-HL, ODV-HL, STAR, SFD-HL
    The unique design of the IG-HL rupture disc holder always guarantees the correct mounting of the rupture disc. Fully metallic clamping creates the seal. The rupture disc is therefore not damaged during sealing and can be reinstalled if removed as part of an inspection.The IG-HL rupture disc holder is a flat seat holder for tension loaded rupture discs. The seat of the rupture disc is especially suited to medium and high pressures. The holder outlet has a slight radius to which the rupture disc is adapted. This guarantees the perfect fit of the rupture disc and maintains its optimal opening.
